Even though we do not file health insurance we can provide you with documentation to file your claim. Since there are hundreds of insurance plans and policies, we are unable to tell you how your plan will process your claim. Since we have opted out of Medicare, those claims cannot be filed. You, not the insurance company, are ultimately responsible to pay for services rendered. We are also unable to see Medicaid patients.
